LeighAnne MADE MODERN and is awesome

This is LeighAnne’s house.

It is a very cute farmhouse with lots of modern things inside.

LeighAnne even has an original Eames lounge chair for cryin’ out loud.

Needless to say, LeighAnne makes us all a little jealous with her awesome house and awesome style and awesome thrift store finds and retail clearance deals and her house is always clean to boot!

I still really love her though because she is even more awesome than her house and the cool things inside (even that Eames chair).

Above is an Anthropologie table runner hung from a branch which transforms it into an clever piece of textile art which I’m sure she found for 75% off.  That is an idea you could swipe and pretend you are as clever as LeighAnne (did I mention how clever she is?).

This is a vintage chair she managed to find at a local consignment shop where I never find anything as cool as this!

Here is LeighAnne’s awesome and clever little cat (like owner like cat) that coordinates with her awesome little house!

Here is that damned Eames lounge chair that belittles me every time I walk in her house by telling me I’m not good enough to own such a thing of beauty.  Look at that snobby, bitchy, beautiful chair.

Here is one of the reasons I think LeighAnne is awesome (no, not because of the West Elm planter she found on clearance), she commissioned that desk from me when I was a young and poor furniture builder.  She could have gone to a store and bought something but she helped out a local craftsperson instead.  Her house is full of thoughtful things imbued with meaning.

This the hallway to her new bathroom that she designed.  Look at that hexagonal tile!

Here are a couple of adorable desks she found at thrift stores and updated.

Ok, have I proven my point about how awesome LeighAnne is yet?
